Do I need an appointment?
To help ensure fast and quality service, an appointment is greatly appreciated. Processing time is less than 30 minutes and sometimes less than 15 minutes. Please contact us via phone or text at tel:+1 917-299-1576 and we will response right away.
Can you come to my location to take my fingerprints?
Yes. We can schedule your fingerprinting service to be completed at your location. Please keep in mind that this is an optional service we offer to make it easier for you. Service fees apply for this service.
Do you offer group discounts?
Group discounts are offered and encouraged. So, if you have a group of individuals that requires fingerprinting, we will offer you a reduced rate for the service. However, government fees associated with the background check are fixed and discounts are not provided.
I work every day and I might need my appointment after hours or on the weekend.
Just give us a call and we can take a look at our schedule to accommodate you at the time and day you need. We offer many days available and usually can accommodate you to get your service completed the very next day.
Do I need an ORI Number?
Yes the ORI number will be given to you by the organization requesting your fingerprints taken. This number acts as a digital address to send your fingerprint results. We are not responsible for wrong ORI Numbers given at the moment of the service so please make sure you have the correct one before you call to schedule your appointment.
How long does it take to get my results?
Normally takes 3-5 business days, but our goal is for you to get it within 2-3 days.
How do I get the results of my fingerprints?
I Am Multi-Services LLC. only provides third party services to scan your fingerprints. Due to the strict confidentially laws restricting who gets access to background screening results, only your employer or the organization requesting the background check. You will be able to check the status of the submission with the Transaction Control Number (TCN) provided to you at the
end of the service.
My employer is not able to see my results?
As we mentioned before we are only able to scan your fingerprints and provide you with the Transaction Control Number to check on the status. Your employer or the organization requesting the background should call the Florida Department of Law Enforcement at 850-410-8161 and inquire about your results using the TCN Transaction Control Number we provide you with at the end of the service.
I got a letter saying my fingerprints were rejected. What should I do?
When your fingerprints are rejected you will need to get the fingerprints retaken. They want to see at least 2 attempts to get legible prints to make sure there is nothing we can do to get a better scan of your fingerprints. You will receive a letter with a “TCR” number which you need to bring to us. If your prints fail again and more likely they will if they fail the first time they will resort to completing a manual search which can take way longer than the digital fingerprints. Please understand there is nothing we can do to improve the quality of your fingerprints if they are damaged from age, wear and tear. We always try our best to use our expertise to get the best quality prints we can get.
What payments are accepted?
At the moment we only take Cash, Zelle, and Cash App.
Do you take fingerprints on paper?
At the moment we do not process fingerprints with ink and paper.
